Game Mathematician / Product Owner

Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Game Mathematician / Product Owner to design and optimize online slot games from concept to launch. This hybrid role combines deep mathematical modeling with product leadership, ensuring engaging, profitable, and regulation-compliant gameplay experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and balance slot game math models, including RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and feature mechanics
- Collaborate with game designers, developers, and artists to shape compelling slot experiences
- Define product vision and prioritize features throughout the development lifecycle
- Analyze performance data to iterate on gameplay and ensure KPIs are met
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
Requirements
- Strong background in mathematics, statistics, or a related field
- Experience designing slot games or similar RNG-based systems
- Familiarity with product ownership or agile development processes
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
